3.1 Compliance with Laws By purchasing reloading gun powders and primers, you agree to comply with all federal, provincial, and local laws and regulations regarding the purchase, possession, and use of these products.
3.2 Age Verification We may require age verification for the purchase of certain items. You agree to provide valid proof of age upon request.
4. Returns and Refunds
4.1 Return Policy You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be in their original packaging and condition. Due to safety regulations, we do not accept returns on hazardous materials, including smokeless gun powder and primers.
4.2 Refund Process Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item. You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed.
4.3 Exchanges If you received a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or exchange at no additional cost to you.
